How to Upload a HTML File to Squarespace
If you’re using Squarespace to build a website, you may have wondered how to upload a html file to your site. It is possible to display files on your site by using a third-party application, or you can upload your file via Squarespace. Adding a file to Squarespace’s Custom CSS will let you add images or font files, or display URLs. Here’s how to do that.
Squarespace allows for many file formats, and it’s a good idea to start with just one. Once it’s uploaded, repeat the process for all the files that you want to use. For example, if you want to use a font that uses SVG, you should select a file that supports SVG fonts. You can see which fonts your site uses by opening your file.
The second way to upload a file is to add custom CSS, which is a good idea if your site is using Squarespace. To do this, you need to go to the Design panel and click on the Custom CSS panel. Next, click the Manage Custom Files button. Drag the file onto the arrow and click “Upload.” Then, you should see the file on your Squarespace website.
