To upload a video to Squarespace, you can use the video block feature to directly upload the content from your files or add a link to a video hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. You can also use the new Video Page feature to upload videos directly to Squarespace. The maximum video file size you can upload is 20MB, so be sure to compress your videos prior to uploading. To upload a video to Squarespace, you first need to add a content block. Once you have the content block, click on the “Embed” icon to paste the embed code. After the embed code has been pasted, you’ll need to change a few options. The title and description of the video can be changed, but you cannot change its thumbnail. Autoplay is not enabled by default.

To add video to Squarespace, you’ll need to integrate Wistia. In order to do this, copy the URL of the video from your web browser address bar. In the example above, Jeff’s Lemonade’s video URL is shown in yellow. Next, you’ll need to edit the page and add a video block. To do this, go to Insert Point and select ‘Video Block’.
